Destiny's Ride provides a unique and enjoyable equestrian experience for children and adults with or without special needs. Riders aged five and up are accepted into the Destiny's Ride program.

Participants engage in all activities associated with horseback riding including the care of horses. All lessons are tailored to benefit the individual needs of all riders.

About Our Program

Jodie O’Connell-Ponkos is a Licensed Massachusetts Instructor and a Registered Therapeutic Instructor through PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International).

Our goal is to provide education and encouragement while enhancing and increasing self confidence, self esteem, and dignity through equine-related activities.

This includes basic horse care, proper horse handling, and horseback riding. To ensure you receive maximum benefits from your riding experience, we offer private lessons and small-group lessons with no more than 3 riders. This enables us to provide a safe, fun and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Enrollment Process

We offer Private and Semi-Private riding lessons scheduled by appointment only. Please follow the links / steps below to book an appointment. If you have any questions you can contact Jodie O’Connell-Ponkos at 1 (518) 610-4408 or destinysridetherapeutic@gmail.com.

Participants must pre-pay for a session and complete all necessary paperwork prior to the first lesson.
