A Personalized, Family-Like Experience

At Destiny’s Ride, we intentionally keep our classes small so every rider receives the individual attention, encouragement, and connection they deserve.

Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and family-like environment where riders and horses grow together — step by step.

Sessions may include groundwork, grooming, mounted activities, or a combination of all three, with instruction adapted in real time to support regulation, confidence, communication, body awareness, and skill development. Private sessions allow for increased focus, consistency, and flexibility, making them ideal for riders who require reduced distractions, additional physical support, or individualized goal progression.

Early Childhood Therapeutic Riding - Children Under 5

$30 per session • 20 minutes • $240.00 per 8-week session

Early childhood therapeutic sessions are designed to support developmental foundations through equine-assisted activity guided by occupational therapy principles. Sessions focus on early postural control, balance, sensory regulation, motor planning, and caregiver-supported participation through gentle horse interaction and age-appropriate mounted or ground-based activities.

Because developmental readiness and safety needs vary significantly at younger ages, an initial assessment is required for children ages 2–3 to determine eligibility, appropriate supports, and session structure. This ensures that each child’s experience is safe, developmentally appropriate, and goal-directed.

Session length is intentionally brief to align with attention span, regulation capacity, and early childhood best practice.
